Compared only with current house members on explicit yes-or-no votes from non-unanimous roll calls. Oklahoma's configured final-vote patterns retain substantive final action; procedural and unanimous votes are excluded. Each percentage measures agreement, and the shared-vote count shows how much common voting history supports it.
