Requires school districts to permanently adopt a policy prohibiting students from using cell phones on campus during the school day.This was sold in 2025 as a PILOT PROGRAM FOR 1 YEAR THEN LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICTS COULD DECIDE IF THEY WANTED TO CONTINUE IT. NOW INSTEAD, THEY HAVE PULLED A BAIT AND SWITCH AND USURPED THE LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICTS AUTHORITY THEY GAVE THEM LAST YEAR.
