Please make sure this bill specifies that it does NOT include wire transfers through banks. Otherwise, could inadvertantly penalize businesses who import products from overseas, putting them at a disadvantage competing in the US market with businesses located in other states who can operate without additional wire transfer fees. Re. Hobby Lobby and all businesses located in Oklahoma who import products and pay for them via international wire transfers would be forced to pass the additional costs to their customer.
