Yes, helpful, but not amazing, bill. "if the connected actual total metered load for initial full operation of such electric-consuming facility is to be 1,000 kw or larger. After August, 26, 2026, the penalty for violating subsection F of this act shall be payment of one percent (1%) of sales per annum paid to the offended retail electric supplier and shall not be paid from customer-generated revenues."
