The language is different than the bills MOHA stopped last year, but still accomplishes legal immunity for ALL foreign & domestic chemical companies & ALL pesticides and herbicides that the EPA is supposed to regulate! In addition, Mohapac.com will be grading on suspension of rules (and any votes enabling the loss of rights for Oklahomans to have their fair day in court) in addition to the actual vote! ✔️❌ 📲Tell your House Rep, “No immunity for Chem China & Bayer, etc”. The EPA’s labeling & research is SO broken so why would we join with the Feds? The ‘Monsanto Papers’ clearly show the EPA is a captured agency (by chemical industry)!
