Yes, allows donkey milk to be advertised like goat milk. However, need to amend "B. For purposes of this section, incidental sales of goat milk or donkey milk are those sales where the average monthly number of gallons sold does not exceed one hundred (100)." Change this line to "B. For purposes of this section, there are no limits on the incidental sales of raw milk in this state." HR 8374 "The Interstate Milk Freedom Act" in Congress will allow the interstate sale of raw milk. When it is enacted, the state of Oklahoma will be putting raw milk farms at a disadvantage in the USA by limiting their sales of raw milk per month.
